How do I return an item?

FOR DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please send us a photo of the defective product via email at info@masalababy.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase for a refund or exchange. Include your order ID and product in question. Once we receive the photo, we will process your refund/exchange at no cost. For any questions, please call (347)-515-6439.

TO RETURN AN ITEM & REQUEST A REFUND

  • Please contact customer service via email at info@masalababy.com or call (347)-515-6439 within 15 days of placing your order for a refund minus shipping costs.
  • Have your order ID ready!
  • Items must be undamaged with their original packaging.
  • Without a confirmation from customer service we will not be able to refund or exchange your items.
  • Please do not send any returns or exchanges back to us without prior approval. 
  • After 15 days we will not be able to process returns or refunds.  Exchange available up to 30 days plus the cost of shipping. See below.
  • Clearance/sale items cannot be returned (unless damaged or defective)

  • Additional shipping costs not included.
  • Items must be undamaged with their original packaging.

FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS PROMOTIONS

Free shipping and return offers apply only to products purchased while the promotion is active and for orders placed using a valid code.  Our return policy is the same for products purchased during free shipping and returns promo periods, but the shipping and handling fees are waived.  Free returns within 15 days.  Free exchanges within 30 days.
